------------------------------- Aircraft Rental Policies -------------------------------

MINIMUM USE POLICY: Renters will be charged a minimum of two (2) hours aircraft rental per day for each reservation period that totals six (6) or more hours. Only hours that fall between 0700 and 2200 will be counted when calculating length of reservation.

OFF-SITE FUEL REIMBURSEMENT: Renter will be reimbursed for fuel purchased off-site up to the current Kansas Air enter retail price minus (-) fifty-cents ($0.50) per gallon.

AIRCRAFT CANCELLATION POLICY: Please keep in mind that failure to cancel a scheduled aircraft makes the aircraft unavailable for others. Be considerate to other renters and they will afford the same consideration to you. The second failure to notify us of a cancellation will result in a fee equivalent to the time reserved.

INSTRUCTOR NO-SHOW POLICY: A student who fails to arrive within thirty (30) minutes after the scheduled start time for a lesson will be charged one (1) hour of ground instruction.
